(ii) Automatic Information: Data collected through cookies and similar technologies. (iii) Device Features: Camera, microphone, location, and mobile device for onboarding or KYC purposes. (iv) Mobile Device Resources: No access to files, media, contact lists, or sensitive data without explicit consent. (v) Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources. (vi) OTP Authentication: Retained session log reports until account deactivation.

LendingLeaf collects your information to: (i) Assist business and lending partners in delivering services. (ii) Respond to inquiries and resolve issues. (iii) Send promotional offers and updates. (iv) Improve our platform and prevent fraud. (v) Send notifications, service recommendations, and maintain your account. Your consent remains valid for 180 days from application submission.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your information except as outlined in this policy. We may share information with business partners, Credit Information Companies (CICs), and affiliates. We may disclose your data to government agencies as required by law.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to enhance your experience: (i) Session Cookies: Temporary and expire when you close your browser. (ii) Persistent Cookies: Stored long-term to remember preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
6. Consent and Authorization for Credit Information
You hereby consent to LendingLeaf being appointed as your authorised representative to receive your Credit Information on an ongoing basis until the End Use Purpose is satisfied or expiry of 6 months from date the consent is collected, whichever is earlier.
7. Credit Information Terms
By executing this agreement, you expressly agree to access Experian Credit Information Report and Credit Score. LendingLeaf shall use Credit Information for limited End Use Purpose only. We shall not aggregate, retain, store, copy, or sell the Credit Information. The Credit Information shall be destroyed promptly within 1 Business Day upon completion of the transaction.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Parties agree to protect and keep confidential the Credit Information both online and offline. We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your login credentials confidential.
9. Your Rights and Consent Withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting unsubscribe@lendingleaf.in. You can withdraw consent by contacting grievance@lendingleaf.in. Opt-out of marketing communications through account settings or by contacting support@lendingleaf.in. Withdrawal of consent may discontinue services that require personal data.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between you and LendingLeaf shall be governed by laws of India. All claims or disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Definitions
Business Day: A day (other than a public holiday) on which banks are open for general business in Mumbai. Credit Information Report: Credit information/scores/aggregates/variables/inferences or reports generated by Experian. Credit Score: The score mentioned on the Credit Information Report computed by Experian. CICRA: Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and related rules and regulations.
